Mercedes announced the US pricing and availability for the performance flagship of the EQS range with the AMG emblem. The model will arrive in US dealerships in late spring 2022 starting from $147,500.

The Mercedes-AMG EQS Sedan as it is called in the United States – known as the Mercedes-AMG EQS 53 4MATIC+ in other markets – is a lot cheaper than in the UK where it starts from £154,995 ($202,861). However, it is still significantly more expensive than the entry-level U.S.-spec EQS 450+ Premium which starts from $102,310 with the extra dollars going to the superior performance, the sportier bodykit and loads of standard equipment.
