An Audi 100 Avant 2.0 E that belonged to the brand’s UK’s heritage press fleet is up for sale in the UK and will only set you back £7,995 ($10,411).
The vehicle was first delivered new to Audi of Conventry where it was kept for over 20 years. Audi UK then purchased the car in 2015 for use in their heritage fleet and have owned and cared for it ever since.
Audi built the third-generation 100 from 1982 through to 1991 with production taking place in Germany, China, and South Africa. A plethora of petrol and diesel engines were offered for the car over that time, with the listing for this example revealing it has the 2.0-liter inline-five and has only been driven 47,640 miles (76,669 km) since new.

Given that the car has been owned by Audi UK itself, it comes as little surprise that it appears to be in excellent condition. The 100 Avant 2.0 E retains its original grey paint scheme and all of the black plastics appear to be in good condition, including across the front and rear fascias and along the sides. The car also sits on its original 14-inch wheels and sports a subtle black lip spoiler running across the rear window.
Found in the cabin of the classic Audi are split-folding rear seats, a retractable load cover, a manual tilt and sliding sunroof, a Blaupunkt Boston radio and cassette player, and grey cloth seats. Given the car’s age, the interior looks remarkably fresh and is free of any significant signs of wear and tear. With that being said, there is some creasing on the black leather found across the dashboard, steering wheel, and door panels.
The seller notes that the car is being sold with a complete service history, maintenance invoices, and all of its required MOT certificates.
