Starting at 12:01 a.m. on April 22 and running until 3:00 am EDT on April 23, Electrify America and Electrify Canada will cover the cost of all charging at a combined 770 charging stations around the two countries.

The free fill-up will be offered in celebration of Earth Day, the international call to climate action in which citizens are encouraged to consume less and to raise awareness about environmental stewardship.

In addition to free charging at most of its North American locations, the company is also offering $50 ($65 CAD) off its HomeStation at-home Level-2 private charger. That deal will run from April 18 to April 30 when you use the promo code CHARGEONEARTH. The home charger is Energy Star certified and allows owners to recharge their vehicles at a power of up to 40 amps at speeds of up to 9.6kW, enough to add up to 33 miles of range per hour.
