Hyundai is teasing its refreshed 2023 Palisade ahead of its debut at the New York International Auto Show next week, revealing a new grille style that follows the design language set out by the brand’s newer vehicles.
In this teaser we can see the new grille, which is more squared-off compared to the current model, and also features “parametric shield elements”, which was set out by the design language of the Tucson and Santa Cruz. Barely visible in the original teaser is also a set of new multispoke alloy wheels, though we’ve brightened up the image so you can get a better look at them.

Framing the grille is new signature forward lighting, which features vertically-connected composite LED lights.
Hyundai didn’t release any photos of the rear of the 2023 Palisade, but we can assume that it will be similarly updated to follow the design language of its siblings. As evidenced by previous spy shots, the interior will also receive a mature update, with a new steering wheel, freestanding digital instrument cluster and infotainment screen, as well as more slender vents.
The Palisade has been on the market since 2018 and is due for a refresh according to the brand’s typical model cycle.

We’re not expecting a new powertrain for the 2023 Palisade, which means that it will likely continue to feature the brand’s 3.8-liter V6 connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Both front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive will be available.
Pricing and availability have not been announced for the 2023 Palisade, but we can expect that it will add a few extra dollars to the price of the previous model, which was $34,335 including a $1,185 destination charge.
The 2023 Palisade will make its global debut at the New York International Auto Show on April 13 at 9:45 a.m. EDT. The reveal can be viewed on Hyundai’s YouTube Channel or on its website.
