You may not be very familiar with the BMW M3 GT but as the E36-generation M3 goes, it is one of the finest versions ever made.
Just 356 examples of the M3 GT were produced and as the name implies, it offered slightly more performance than the already-potent E36 M3. Most notably, BMW worked its magic on the 3.0-liter naturally aspirated six-cylinder, equipping it with the same short intake manifolds as the 3.2-liter it introduced in late 1995. The 3.0-liter also has a new 264-degree camshaft and pumps out 295 hp, a slight gain over the 286 hp of the standard E36 M3.
All BMW M3 GT models built were painted exclusively in British Racing Green and just 50 units were sold in the UK. One of these, number 13, is currently available through a classified listing on eBay with a rather hefty £90,000 ($117,513) price tag.

The listing reveals that the car has 129,000 miles (~207,605 km) under its belt and has had six owners since new but has been owned by the current seller since 2011. It is being sold with all of its associated documents and receipts and has also been equipped with a tracker.
In addition to tweaking the engine of the M3 GT, BMW’s engineers fitted it with a set of unique 17×7.5 front and 17×8.5 rear forged wheels wrapped in 235/40 tires. The car also features a pronounced rear spoiler and unlike the regular E36 M3, was never sold as a sedan and instead produced solely as a two-door coupe.
A number of unique touches can also be found in the car’s cabin. These include Amaretta sports seats with Nappa leather accents finished in Mexico Green with BMW M colored stripes and an Alcantara steering wheel.
The seller states that the car has been garaged since new and while the asking price may seem like a lot, we wouldn’t be shocked to see someone pay £90,000 for it given its rarity and the crazy used car market at the moment.
