Alpine has unveiled a new special edition of the A110 sportscar. This one is named after racing driver and Alpine founder Jean Rédélé, honoring the 100 years from his birth with a limited production of 100 units.
The Alpine A110 GT J. Rédélé is painted in Montebello Grey, which was the favourite color of Alpine’s founder. It is combined with a high-gloss black roof and black-painted 18-inch Grand Prix alloy wheels with silver brake calipers. Inside the cabin, we find black leather upholstery with grey stitching. Highlighting the collectability of the special edition there is a numbered plaque with the signature of Jean Rédélé.

The model is based on the A110 GT, thus it comes with a mid-mounted turbocharged 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine producing 296 hp (221 kW / 300 PS) and 340 Nm (251 lb-ft) of torque. The French sports car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
The A110 GT J. Rédélé premiered at a historic gathering of more than 1,100 Alpine owners in Dieppe, France. Celebrating the centenary of Jean Rédélé’s birth, Alpine organized a parade, while a BWT Alpine F1 single-seater was driven on the roads of Dieppe for the first time.
Alpine will start taking orders for the A110 GT J. Rédélé on June 1, with a price of €83,000 ($89,320). The French brand has pledged to offer an all-electric range by 2026, including the A5 hot hatch, the GT X-Over grand tourer, and the EV successor of the A110.
