Gran Turismo 7 has released an all-new update (1.15) that’s free for all players. Gamers will now have the chance to get behind the virtual wheel of three new performance-focused machines including one 24 Hours of Le Mans winner. There’s also a brand new photo location in Scapes mode and a bunch of other small improvements across the GT7 landscape.

The most notable new car for most will likely be the Toyota GR010 Hybrid from 2021. Both cars number 7 and number 8 will be available. That pair came in back to back taking first and second place at Le Mans in 2021 with the former holding the lead for 178 laps before finishing with a total of 371.

In addition to that Japanese winner, the Suzuki Vision Gran Turismo is now also available to own and drive in the game. Powered by a Hayabusa superbike engine along with a trio of electric motors, the Suzuki Vision Gran Turismo makes 426 hp (318 kW / 432 PS) in the virtual world. Sadly, it’s not planned for any sort of production.

American Muscle fans can get their fix as well thanks to the new inclusion of the Roadster Shop Rampage. It’s a heavily modified tuner car based on the second-generation Chevrolet Camaro and unlike the Suzuki, there is a real-world counterpart. The physical car itself won the 2014 SEMA Gran Turismo competition which is why it’s now a part of the franchise.

Gran Turismo 7 also adds New Orleans, Louisiana, as a photo location in the Scapes mode of the game but it doesn’t stop there. Three more Menu Books have been added including one themed after the Vision Gran Turismo Trophy itself and another focused on Lightweight K-Cup cars.

Polyphony Digital made a number of small adjustments too. Seven new paint colors are available, some visual bugs have been crushed, and there’s a new pricing update to the Legend Cars Dealership. That particular feature has garnered quite a bit of controversy over its pricing which is heavily influenced by real-world valuations under guidance from Hagerty.

Another update to the pricing model is planned for later this August. Until then we’d love to hear your thoughts on these improvements. Are you looking forward to testing out the new Toyota, Suzuki, or Camaro?
