2023 Lexus RX Breaks Cover With Evolutionary Styling And A 367 HP Hybrid Powertrain
It’s been a packed 24 hours for new car launches, and our roundup starts with the new 2023 Lexus RX. The popular model has sold over 100,000 vehicles annually in the U.S. for eight consecutive years, so the new generation has some large shoes to fill. The design is evolutionary but brings the RX up to date, with an upright aesthetic upfront and a streamlined rear section. Replacing the 3.5-liter V6 is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder, while the RX 350h features a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that is paired to a fourth-generation hybrid system and a standard all-wheel-drive system.

The package includes Midnight Amethyst Gloss paintwork, a Sunset Gold Satin Jaguar badge, and script on the tailgate, laser-etched Edition 1988 logo on each front wing panel, and gloss black finishes across the wing mirror caps, brake calipers, wheel center caps, and the ‘R’ on the SVR badges.
