2022 Kia XCeed Facelift Teased, Will Debut On July 18 With Electrified Powertrains

KIA has released a few concept images for its redesigned XCeed small crossover. It will officially launch on July 18 and be offered in mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions. The headlights, taillights, grille, front bumper, and Kia logo have all been redesigned. The mild hybrid will likely produce 118hp, while the PHEV is expected to be slightly more powerful, at 139 hp.


Electrifying 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6 Offers Up To 320 HP And 379+ Miles Of Range

Hyundai revealed further details about their 2024 Ioniq 6, following its sleek design reveal last month. We can expect a 53 kWh battery pack with a powertrain likely capable of around 215hp, and a 77.4 kWh long-range variant capable of 379 miles (610 km) on a single charge. The latter will be available with rear- and all-wheel drive, with the dual motor variant offering a combined output of 320 hp (239 kW / 325 PS) and 446 lb-ft (605 Nm) of torque.

After Recent Explosion, SpaceX Starship Booster to Return to Launch Pad 

Elon Musk claims that after an explosion on Monday, the Starship rocket booster SpaceX intended to launch for an inaugural flight to orbit would “probably” return to its launch platform in the following week. Its engine component caught fire during pre-launch tests, unleashing a shock wave kilometers over the South Texas complex. “Damage is minor, but booster will be transferred back to the high bay for inspections,” said Musk.


Ganassi Says Alex Palou Will Return For 2023, But The IndyCar Champion Disputes The Report

Chip Ganassi Racing announced that Alex Palou will return in 2023 via a press statement on Tuesday afternoon. However, the reigning IndyCar Series champion later denied the statement and said that he would be leaving Ganassi for personal reasons. Alex Palou, the fourth-ranked driver in the 2022 points standings, remarked, “I have great respect for the CGR team, and look forward to finishing this season strongly together.” Meanwhile, McLaren announced that Palou will be racing for them next season.
