We come across a lot of imported Japanese vehicles, but few are as well-preserved as this low-mileage right-hand-drive Toyota Celsor that was sold on Cars & Bids this weekend for $17,000.
The 1995 Toyota Celsior had just 6,537 miles (10,520 km) on its odometer. And considering for that price you’re getting what is essentially a near-new 27-year-old Lexus LS, we’d say whoever bought it got a pretty good deal.

The exterior is finished in a very dark green called Imperial Jade Mica, and the paintwork features virtually no imperfections. On top of that, the owner had it ceramic coated in order to protect the paint’s shine and depth.
Inside, the car features brown wool upholstery on the seats and door cards, one of the few differences between it and the Lexus LS. Accenting that wool is dark brown wood trim as well as soft-touch plastics in varying shades of tan, grey, and black. All the buttons are free of any fading, and the rest of the interior maintains a fully-colored, wrinkle-free state.

And despite the Toyota badging, as mentioned before, this car is essentially a Lexus LS, which means it also comes with all the back-seat luxuries of one. Since this car was equipped with the F Package, some of these amenities include a TV, independent climate zones, and power reclining massage seats, all controlled by buttons in the fold-down center console.
Powering the car is the 1UZ-FE 4.0L V8, which makes 265 hp (269 PS / 198 kW) and 267 lb-ft (362 Nm) of torque. That power is then sent to the rear wheels by way of a 4-speed automatic transmission.
