Bentley Mulliner has dropped the first teaser of its upcoming coachbuilt model. The Bentley Mulliner Batur will be a grand tourer set to be unveiled at Monterey Car Week on August 21, as the successor of the limited-production Bacalar.
The video only shows the grille of the Batur which appears to be quite large featuring a unique V-shaped pattern and orange accents. Bentley also confirmed that the new grand tourer will introduce a new design language for the brand which will find its way into their future EV range.

The model was named after the Lake Batur in Kintamani, Bali, following the tradition started by its predecessor which was named after another natural body of water – the Bacalar Lagoon in Mexico.
Bentley has been coy on details about the underpinnings of the grand tourer but earlier reports suggest that it will be based on the W12-powered Continental GT, similar to the Bacalar. What we know for sure is that it will feature a redesigned exterior and a unique interior with close to unlimited personalization options made possible by the vehicle’s handbuilt nature.
Rumor has it that Bentley Mulliner will produce only 25 units of the Batur, with a price tag close to £2 million ($2.4 million) justified by its bespoke status. We will learn more in a couple of weeks at the official debut of the Batur at Monterey Car Week in California.
