A Qatari prince has sent car spotters and enthusiasts into a frenzy after taking to the streets of Monte Carlo in the extraordinarily rare and expensive Bugatti Divo.
Bugatti only ever built 40 examples of the Divo, each starting at €5 million ($5.08 million), but with prices rising significantly once customers started ticking a few options boxes and making custom requests. This particular Divo is quite the eye-catcher.
Most of the Prince’s Divo is finished in matte white paint but ensuring it stands out even further are a host of light blue accents across the front splitter, rocker panels, and parts of the rear fascia. A number of parts are then finished in gloss carbon fiber, such as the side air intakes, parts of the front bumper, the large rear wing, and the rear diffuser.

Interestingly, this isn’t the only Bugatti Divo owned by a member of Qatar’s royal family. Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani owns a Divo of his own and was spotted driving it through the streets of London earlier this year. He shipped the hypercar over to the UK alongside his Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 and Ferrari Monza SP2.
While the bodywork of the Divo could fool you into thinking it is a new hypercar built from the ground up by Bugatti, it is actually based around the Chiron and uses the same quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 engine delivering 1,479 hp. Despite its similarities to the Chiron, all 40 units were sold to customers before the car was even showcased to the public.
