The long-mooted Porsche IPO is finally in motion, with the Volkswagen Group selling 12.5 percent of its non-voting shares in the company for approximately €9.4 billion ($9.1 billion). 2023 BMW XM Is A 644 HP Hybrid Super-SUV; $185k Label Red With 735 HP Follows Next Summer And See The 2023 BMW XM From Every Angle In Mega Photo Gallery
The new BMW XM is here in production form, and it’s already proving to divide opinions. The XM is the first dedicated M model since the M1 supercar and is also the first electrified full-fat M to come out of Bavaria. Looks aside, though, compared to its stablemates, you can’t help but feel underwhelmed to a degree. This new halo car for the M lineup is actually the slowest of the lot, while rivals like the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid can still show it a clean pair of heels. However, that didn’t stop us from having some fun with the configurator. The top-spec XM Label Red was also shown, which will feature 738 hp and 735 lb-ft (997 Nm) of peak torque vs the standard 644 hp and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm).

While the design takes a step forward, the truck itself is chock full of thoughtful features, such as a corner step rear bumper to access the bed, and grab handles in the rear bed rails to help steady yourself. Inside, there’s a marked improvement in interior quality, with a new 12-inch digital instrument cluster and either an 8- or 12-inch infotainment system. Under the hood are two new petrol options, a standard 6.8-liter V8 or a 7.3-liter Godzilla V8, while the Powerstroke diesel returns.
