Mazda UK Adds 3.3-liter Six-Cylinder Diesel To Local CX-60 Range

The Mazda CX-60 family will grow in the UK early next year with the arrival of the e-Skyactive D MHEV diesel variant.

Powering the Mazda CX-60 e-Skyactiv D MHEV is a 3.3-liter common rail direct injection six-cylinder diesel that will be offered in two configurations, both of which feature a 48-volt M Hybrid Boost system. The entry-level version pumps out 197 hp while the flagship model has 250 hp and also features the Mazda i-Activ AWD system.

Kicking off the UK range is the CX-60 Exclusive priced from £42,990 ($48,624). This model has the 197 hp engine and rear-wheel drive but can be specified with the more powerful engine from £45,630 ($51,610). Those who order a CX-60 Exclusive can also option the £1,400 ($1,583) Comfort Pack and the £1,900 ($2,149) Convenience and Driver Assistance Pack.

Sitting in the middle of the range is the CX-60 Homura, starting from £48,380 ($54,720) and available solely with the 250 hp all-wheel drive powertrain. The range is then topped out by the £50,730 ($57,378) CX-60 Takumi. Both of these models can be specified with the Convenience and Driver Assistance Pack and a panoramic roof is optional on the Homura and standard on the Takumi.

The Mazda CX-60 family will expand further in the UK with the new 3.0-liter e-Skyactiv straight-six petrol engine that will land “at a later date.”
