The 2024 BMW X5 facelift has been in the works for quite some time and has just been snapped in M60i guise.
This particular prototype was spotted by YouTuber FCars and is said to be an M60i because of the chrome-tipped quad exhausts, and the M-style wing mirrors.

As with other prototypes spied in recent months, camouflage only adorns the front and rear fascias of the SUV. Visible at the front bumper are a pair of sleeker headlights and an all-new bumper while at the rear, we can see the modified taillights peeking through the camouflage. No alterations appear to have been made to the overall shape of the SUV, nor to its sides, but it is likely some different wheel designs will be available to customers.
Bimmer Today reports that the X5 M60i will feature the same basic 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 as the outgoing X5 M50i but will be revised with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system. This powertrain first debuted in the new X7 M60i and is expected to pump out 530 hp and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) in the new X5 M60i. Coupled with this engine is an eight-speed automatic transmission sending power to all four wheels.
A number of changes will also be made to the cabin of the facelifted X5. These will include the brand’s new Curved Display and iDrive 8 system. The updated SUV will also ditch the classic automatic selector lever and instead feature a small rocker to change gears.
The flagship BMW X5 M is also undergoing some changes for the 2024 model year. It will sport largely the same tweaked front and rear fascias as the rest of the X5 family but will obviously be sportier and more aggressive.
