The 2023 Mercedes EQE will arrive at U.S. dealerships this fall and the company has announced pricing will begin at $74,900.

Kicking things off is the entry-level EQE 350+ Sedan Premium, which comes equipped with LED headlights, a panoramic sunroof, and 19-inch alloy wheels.

Moving into the cabin, buyers will find MB-Tex upholstery, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 12.8-inch infotainment system with a portrait orientation. The latter sports an EQ-specific navigation system, which factors in your driving style, current charge, and charging stations along your route.

Other highlights include a Burmester sound system, heated front seats, and a 64-color ambient lighting system. The model also boasts a wireless smartphone charger, illuminated door sill plates, and a fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication of the driver.

On the safety front, there’s an assortment of standard driver assistance systems including Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, Highbeam Assist, and the Parking Package with a Surround View System and Parktronic.

The mid-level EQE 350+ Sedan Exclusive begins at $77,000 and it adds a handful of nice features including augmented reality navigation and active ambient lighting. However, it’s more notable for coming equipped with the Driver Assistance Package which adds Active Stop-and-Go Assist, Active Steering Assist, and Active Brake Assist with a cross-traffic function. The package also includes Active Speed Limit Assist with Traffic Sign Assist, Active Blind Spot Assist, and Car-to-X communications technology – among other things.

The Mercedes EQE 350+ Sedan Pinnacle has all the aforementioned features as well as a four-zone climate control system, an Air Balance package, and a head-up display. Other niceties include the 100W USB-C and Digital Light packages.

The EQE 350+ Sedan is equipped with a 90.6 kWh battery pack, which powers a rear-mounted electric motor developing 288 hp (215 kW / 292 PS) and 391 lb-ft (530 Nm) of torque. This enables the model to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in approximately 6.2 seconds, before hitting an estimated top speed of 130 mph (209 km/h).

Buyers looking for all-weather traction can opt for the EQE 350 4MATIC, which begins at $77,900. It features a dual motor all-wheel drive system developing 288 hp (215 kW / 292 PS) and 564 lb-ft (763 Nm) of torque. It’s a touch quicker as the dash to 60 mph (96 km/h) arrives in around six seconds.

Lastly, there’s the EQE 500 4MATIC which begins at $85,900 and sports additional equipment such as leather and rear axle steering. This version packs 402 hp (300 kW / 408 PS) and 633 lb-ft (857 Nm) of torque, which lowers the 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) time to an estimated 4.5 seconds.

Mercedes hasn’t released detailed range estimates, but said the EQE 350+ should be able to travel 305 miles (491 km) on a single charge. When the battery is low, a 170 kW DC fast charger can take the battery from 10% to 80% in as little as 32 minutes. At home, a 240V/32A wallbox charger can take the battery from a 10% to 100% charge in around 9.5 hours.
