Wealthy markets in Middle East are an important region for the world’s premium car manufacturers and in a bid to increase its presence in Qatar, Lamborghini has just opened an exclusive floating pop-up lounge.
Located on the Pearl-Doha, a man-made island in Qatar’s capital city of Doha, the pop-up lounge was opened on November 21 and will remain open until December 18, the day before the final of the World Cup.
The lounge covers 320 square meters across two floors and offers direct views out to sea and back top the Pearl-Doha. A Lamborghini Urus Performante is currently on display and members of the media and customers will be able to drive it and a Urus S throughout the city.
Lamborghini has also established a replica of the original Ad Personam design studio in Sant’Agata that allows owners to customize their new vehicles. The lounge also has a scale model of the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 luxury speed boat on display while the second floor allows visitors to enjoy the World of Roger Dubuis, a key partner of Lamborghini since 2017.

“Lamborghini is a global brand attracting clients from myriad cultures, and we look forward to welcoming diverse international audiences in our various Lounge locations around the world,” Lamborghini chairman and chief executive Stephan Winkelmann said. “The Lamborghini Lounge concept gives us the opportunity to meet up with clients and friends of the brand: we have an established and growing dealership presence in the region, and we look forward to coming together with many owners both from the Middle East and more than 50 markets across the world as we showcase this unexpected and bold project.”
The opening of the Doha Lounge also marks the Middle East and Africa debut of the Urus Performante, which offers more power, a tweaked aerodynamic design, semi-active suspension, and revised driving dynamics.
