If you’ve forgotten about the Lucid Gravity, you’re probably not alone as more than two years have passed since the model was spied undisguised in California.
Lucid hasn’t said much about the crossover since then, but that’s about to change as the company has announced plans to introduce the Gravity tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. PST.
Details are limited, but Lucid released a short teaser video ahead of their “In the Air – and Beyond” event. While the crossover isn’t shown in the clip, the company teased the model in 2020 and it will have a flowing design that recalls the Air.

We’ll learn more shortly, but the crossover will have streamlined bodywork, flush-mounted door handles, and a contrasting roof. We can also expect slender pillars, plastic body cladding, and aluminum accents.
Specifications remain under wraps, but the model is expected to share powertrain options with the sedan. If that’s the case, there could be an entry-level Pure variant that has 480 hp (358 kW / 487 PS) and a range of around 400 miles (644 km). It could potentially be joined by a 620 hp (462 kW / 629 PS) Touring variant and a 1,050 hp (783 kW / 1,065 PS) Grand Touring version with an increased range of around 500 miles. There’s even the potential for a range-topping Sapphire variant with more than 1,200 hp (895 kW / 1,217 PS).
