2024 Ford Mustang Specs Revealed: GT Packs Up To 486 HP, Dark Horse 500 HP
One of the most anticipated new cars of next year is the 2024 Ford Mustang, and while many details were withheld during the presentation, we now finally have the power figures. Starting with the entry-level 2.3-liter EcoBoost, which is a new engine despite sharing the same capacity as the old one, it puts out 315 hp (235 kW / 319 PS) and 350 lb-ft (474 Nm) of torque when running on premium gasoline. The Mustang GT features a fourth-generation 5.0-liter Coyote V8, developing up to 486 hp (362 kW / 493 PS) and 418 lb-ft (566 Nm) of torque with the active exhaust. Finally, the Dark Horse delivers 500 hp (373 kW / 507 PS) and 418 lb-ft (566 Nm) of torque.
New Donkervoort F22 Breaks Cover As A 492 HP Supercar That Weighs 750kg
Effectively replacing the D8 GTO is Donkervoort’s newest creation: the F22. A clean-sheet design, the new car retains a visual connection with the previous offerings from the Dutch brand, with an aggressive open-wheel look. The car also features butterfly doors, full-LED lighting, and a removable twin targa carbon-fiber roof. Power is sourced from a 492 hp (367 kW / 500 PS) Audi 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbocharged engine.
2023 Toyota Prius Costs From $27,450, Almost $3k More Than Before
The latest Toyota Prius has almost universally been accepted as a better-looking replacement to its predecessor, with some impressive performance stats to back it up. But with a new generation comes a higher price, to the tune of almost $3,000 more. The outgoing 2022 version featured the entry-level $25,075 L Eco, but the new 2023 Prius range starts with the $27,450 LE, excluding a $1,095 destination charge. Those wanting more luxury can opt for the Prius XLE ($30,895) and XLE AWD ($32,295).
Elantra N Owner Says Hyundai Stepped In After Cop Told Him To Sue Dealer Over Stock Exhaust
Remember how a Californian police officer chided and then ticketed a driver for his loud exhaust on an allegedly stock Hyundai Elantra N sedan? It would appear that the matter is still unresolved, but it seems that Hyundai has stepped in to help the owner’s case with the state. In addition to testing the vehicle and confirming that there’s nothing wrong with it, the company has compensated the driver $500 and given him a loaner. Hyundai appears to be going toe-to-toe with the state, with a court date of February 23rd set.
2024 Ford Edge Hybrid Shows Off New Styling In China
Documents published by Chinese authorities have given us a first look at a number of new vehicles destined for the far-east market, starting with the new Ford Edge hybrid. It features straighter, more modern lines that make the new SUV look a little more grown-up. The new Edge is also longer, measuring 5 meters (197 inches) in length and bringing it closer to the Toyota Highlander.

We may be missing the Buick LaCrosse sedan in the US, but China is getting an all-new version next year, with the first images of the car revealed last week. The latest iteration features a different design direction, with sharp LED headlights, dual exhausts, and a grille that looks similar to that found on the Buick Electra 5 and facelifted Encore GX.

The worlds of automobile and haute couture fashion collide with the limited-edition Mercedes-Maybach S 680 ‘Haute Voiture.’ Limited to just 150 examples, the car is recognized by a two-tone paint finish and color-coordinated wheels. The luxury continues inside, with linen and mohair floor mats, rose gold-colored champagne flutes, and blue and gold bouclé fabric in the interior.
