Bentley announced the availability of the official 1:43 scale models of the limited production Bacalar and the more mainstream but equally powerful Continental GT Speed. Both models are available through the Bentley Motors shop, priced at £100 ($122) each.
The automaker says that the scale models “represent a significant saving on the real car”, which is true especially in the case of the Bentley Bacalar by Mulliner. Each of the twelve examples of the coachbuilt barchetta sold for a staggering £1.8 million ($2.2 million), with each one being uniquely specced. Unfortunately, there are no personalization options in the 1:43 model which is only available in a Yellow Flame exterior color. Still, the miniature Bacalar is detailed enough to include Satin Bronze brightware, with the exposed cabin combining Grey Tweed and Beluga shades.

The Bentley Continental GT Speed might be much cheaper and more widely available than the mechanically-related Bacalar, but with the real car costing around $280,000, it is not easy to buy one. The significantly more affordable scale model is painted in Candy Red, with gloss carbon fiber accents and a Hotspur interior trim replicating the custom embroidery and diamond quilting leather. Just like the Bacalar it is quite detailed and accurate for its size, and would make a great addition to your desk.
Besides the W12-powered Bacalar and Continental GT Speed which are the latest additions to the inventory of Bentley’s official online shop, you will also find 1:43 scale representations of the Flying Spur and the Bentayga, alongside a wide range of Bentley-branded accessories. The only model missing from the party is the Bentley Mulliner Batur which could be available at a later date. All 1:43 scale models are priced at £100 ($122), but if you want something cheaper there are smaller 1:64 options selling for £14-15 ($17-18).
