Bentley revealed its latest one-off in Art Basel Miami which is no other than a highly customized Flying Spur Hybrid created in collaboration with creative shoemaker Dominic Ciambrone a.k.a. “The Surgeon”.
The special Flying Spur is painted in an Anthracite Satin shade combined with Satin Bronze accents. The same treatment was chosen for the 22” Satin Anthracite wheels featuring a Satin Bronze ring. The model comes standard with the Mulliner Blackline Specification (all-black brightware) and the Styling Specification (splitter, side sills, diffuser, lip spoiler in carbon fiber) packages. A closer look reveals special details including the “Surgeon” badging on the D-Pillars, and the illuminated Flying B ornament finished in Gloss Black.

The bespoke nature of the build is even more evident inside the cabin. The highlight here is the laser-etched skull and crossed scalpel logos on two types of crown-cut walnut wood veneers which also feature high-contrast gloss white pinstriping. If you were wondering, this is the signature of Dominic Ciambrone which is also present in some of his shoes.
The white leather upholstery on the seats and 3D diamond-patterned door cards features Satin Bronze accents and piping, and creates a contrast with the dark Beluga secondary shade. Passengers are greeted by bespoke LED welcome lamps projecting the skull logo on the ground, and special outer sill panels with “The Surgeon” lettering. The shoemaker’s nickname can also be found on one of the rotating display’s faces, and on the seats.
The project is a follow-up to the recent collaboration between Bentley and “The Surgeon” on ten pairs of bespoke sneakers. The one-off Bentley Flying Spur “The Surgeon” is offered for sale at an undisclosed price, but we know that the buyer will get a matching pair of “Bentley x The Surgeon Adidas Forum Low” sneakers.
Besides the Flying Spur Hybrid “The Surgeon”, Bentley’s lineup in the Temple House in Miami includes the soon-to-be-auctioned Sager Strong Continental GT Speed Convertible inspired by sartorial iconoclast Craig Sager, and the Britto Continental GT V8 Convertible inspired by the works of Brazilian artist Romero Britto
