BMW is set to produce vehicles in Vietnam through a partnership with Truong Hai Auto Corporation (THACO), a local car manufacturer.
While BMW has not said when it will commence production, it states that it will start building some of its most popular models locally in Vietnam, including the 3-Series, 5-Series, X3, and X5. The car manufacturer notes that standardized processes and structures across the production system ensure consistent quality across all of its manufacturing sites, regardless of the country.
