Good morning and welcome to our weekly digest of automotive news from around the globe, starting with…
602-HP Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato Crossover Is Limited To 162 Mph, But Not To Paved Roads
Say hello to the last iteration of the Huracan before its hybrid replacement comes: a pumped-up off-road rendition of the mid-engined supercar that gives those looking for something unique and rugged an alternative to dowdy SUVs. The Huracan Sterrato is limited to just 1,499 units, and features raised ride height, all-wheel drive, underbody protection, and gravel tires.

To make matters worse, the owner was in Newport, OR, on a road trip some 1,000 miles away from home with family and two dogs in tow. An Electrify America spokesperson told MotorTrend that it was working with the owner and Ford, and confirmed that all parties are trying to come up with answers.
Elon Musk’s The Boring Company Leaves Cross-Country Trail Of Broken Promises, Undug Tunnels
While Elon Musk’s other business acquisitions have been generating more coverage in the media, there seems to be a problem with another venture of his: The Boring Company’s promises to build tunnels underneath large cities for autonomous vehicles. A scathing report from the Wall Street Journal found that the company has slowly stopped advertising the autonomous aspects of its plan, has ghosted several clients, and has just given up on building the majority of its proposed tunnels.
