The Lamborghini Veneno is one of the rarest, most expensive, and most extreme-looking V12-powered hypercars from Sant’Agata, so each time one of them is listed for sale the price goes up. The pictured black and green Veneno Roadster is currently up for grabs in Dubai for a cool €8,994,824 ($9,551,558), having traveled 3,500 km (2,175 miles).
Each Veneno has a unique spec, making it very easy to tell them apart. As noted by the numbered badge, this is the second of nine Veneno Roadsters, featuring a black exterior shade with green accents and a cabin bathed in green leather and exposed carbon fiber.

This particular example was auctioned by RM Sotheby in 2020 when it failed to sell. Back then, the estimates were €4.5-5.5 million ($4.8-5.8 million) which shows how much the hypercar has appreciated in value in a few years’ time and despite gathering mileage. Note that the Veneno Roadster was priced at €3.3 million ($3.5 million) plus taxes when it was new.
Between 2013 and 2014, the Sant’Agata company produced a total of four Veneno coupes (three of them for customers) plus nine roadsters. Underneath the bespoke bodywork that is dominated by the prominent aero components lies Aventador’s carbon-fiber monocoque and a tuned V12 producing 740 hp (552 kW / 750 PS).
The special Lamborghini listed on James Edition is offered for sale by Dubai dealership VIP Motors located in the United Arab Emirates. Last March, the hypercar was filmed in the dealership premises alongside another example of the Veneno roadster making for a rare bundle. The asking price of $9.5 million is difficult to digest for an Aventador-based model, especially when you can find a delivery-mileage but admittedly less rare Sian FKP 37 for $3.2 million.
