The new Forza Motorsport game will launch this year with more than 500 vehicles.
A release date for the game has not yet been announced turn although the developer, Turn 10 Studios, confirmed during the Xbox & Bethedsa Developer Direct event that some 100 vehicles featured will be new to the Forza series. It will also have the largest selection of cars ever featured in a Forza Motorsport title.
The game will launch with 20 environments, each featuring multiple track layouts. Five new circuits will also be added but Turn 10 has only announced one of them; Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit in South Africa. Director of motorsport content Arthur Shek has revealed that tracks will have ten times the detail of previous Forza games.
Developers also claim that Forza Motorsport will offer more realistic gameplay than previous iterations. Indeed, the tracks will have dynamic environments with changing weather and track temperature. Circuit evolution and rubbering in through corners will further add to the realism and all of these factors can change throughout the course of a race. The Forza team has also worked hard to accurately capture the lighting of vehicle materials and surfaces.

Gamers will be able to customize their vehicles with more than 800 upgrades and modifications. What’s more, if you modify a naturally-aspirated vehicle and install a turbocharger or supercharger, the engine sound of the car will change.
Turn 10 Studios is also promising that the new Forza Motorsport will be the best-sounding iteration of the game ever and the first to be mixed natively to support Windows Sonic and Dolby Atmos.
Forza has not yet released a full list of the vehicles that will be featured.
