For an automaker that’s only been around for a little longer than a decade, McLaren has done a remarkable job of establishing itself as a serious player in the automotive arena, taking on historic brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Porsche.
Cars like the MP4-12C and hybrid P1 were instrumental in helping McLaren become the brand it is today and another of its potent models, the 765LT, has proved similarly important. Not only does it offer speed to rival the P1 but it has put all of its rivals on notice with class-leading performance and dramatic looks.
We’ve seen a host of eye-catching 765LTs since the model’s introduction but this particular example, recently showcased by McLaren North Jersey, is especially unique.

Rather than opting for a colorful exterior finish like some other 765LTs, the owner of this one commissioned it to be painted in Supernova Silver. We haven’t seen this paint all too often but think it looks absolutely superb, glistening under the sun and suiting the track-focused model absolutely perfectly.
We’re particularly fond of how the paint accentuates many of the key design lines of the mid-engined supercar. The lines and creases present along the doors and rear quarter panels immediately catch the eye and the silver wheels complement the paint perfectly. Adding a bit of color to the car are bright red brake calipers while a host of parts are also finished in naked carbon fiber with a gloss finish.
