The first trailer for the penultimate film in the Fast & Furious franchise debuted last night, screened at a fan event in Los Angeles. It shows that the movie will deliver on fans’ expectations of automotive carnage, as well as lots of talk about how important family is (sic).

The 3:42 trailer centers around a monologue delivered by series newcomer, Jason Momoa, telling Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) about how he plans to break his family after being made to lose his.

That should set up the main action for the film, which, if the trailer is to be believed, will feature no shortage of over-the-top automotive stunts, fight scenes, and even some drag racing—remember when this was a series about street racing? Well, speaking at the trailer premiere, Diesel said that Fast X would be returning to the franchise’s roots.

“You wanted to go back to the streets of L.A. You wanted to return to racing and what that feels like. You wanted to return to the cars that made this franchise what it is,” Diesel said, per the Hollywood Reporter. “The support that you have given us, you have allowed us to be your family.”

Indeed, throughout the video, a number of intriguing cars can be seen. There is, of course, Dom’s Charger, in addition to a new Dodge Charger Hellcat, an orange Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT, a classic Nissan Z, a Chevrolet Impala, a Porsche 911, a Lamborghini Gallardo, and many more.

In addition to the vehicles, the trailer features a number of returning actors, including Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibbons, Ludacris, Sung Kang, and more. It also features newcomers such as Rita Moreno, Brie Larson, and, of course, Jason Momoa.

For those looking forward to the latest entry in the Fast saga, Fast X is set to hit theaters on May 19.
