While we don’t think there are all that many VW Multivan T7 owners who want to venture off the beaten path in the search for adventure, German tuner Delta4x4 has unveiled a particularly rugged version of the van.
In transforming the VW into a vehicle that would be well-suited to an adventure across the French Alps or through the Spanish Pyrenees, Delta4x4 has equipped it with new Bilstein shocks and Eibach springs that increase the ride height by 40 mm (1.5 inches). The off-road package also adds 18-inch Hamma wheels finished in matte black and wrapped in Loder AT #1 all-terrain tires measuring 255/55 at all four corners. A larger set of 20-inch wheels are also available but likely have a detrimental effect on the quality of the ride.

Delta4x4 has made a handful of other changes to the VW Multivan. For example, there are a set of gloss black wheel arch extensions as well as unique graphics on both sides and the rear. The tuner has also installed additional driving lights on the front bumper while also fitting the van with a roof rack, making it that much more practical and versatile for any adventures the owner may want to embark on.
All of the parts developed by Delta4x4 for the Multivan T7 are available to purchase individually. In fact, the upgraded suspension system has been priced at a reasonable €1,399 ($1,491) while the 18-inch wheel and tire package costs €3,911 ($4,170).
