A 24-year-old British man who won a black Lamborghini Huracan in an online raffle with a 99p (about $1.20) ticket in early February has had his new pride and joy badly damaged in a crash.
Grant Burnett picked up the keys to the Huracan last month after being announced as the winner of a Click Competitions raffle. He won the grand prize and was offered either the Lamborghini or £100,000 ($119,000) in cash. As we suspect most 24-year-olds would do, he opted for the Huracan. He happily posed with the car and popped a bottle of champagne after winning it. That smile has now been wiped from his face.

Taking to Facebook in late February, Burnett revealed that his new ride had been left damaged after he was involved in a crash. He shot down suggestions that he crashed the car and said that “some cow” had hit him from the rear, forcing him to “spin out.” A series of images shared by The Daily Mail after the crash show that the damage sustained is quite comprehensive.
Indeed, we can see that the hood of the Raging Bull has been severely damaged, one of the front quarter panels has been torn upwards, the front bumper has been split, and the front splitter has been torn from the car. It’s not a pretty sight.
Soon after images of the damaged car emerged on Facebook, Burnett attacked those that claimed he was responsible for the damage.
“F**k the lot of you sharing the photo of the Lambo and trying to say it’s my fault doing 150mph haha,” he wrote. “The car would have crumbled if I hit the barrier at that speed, any c**t want to say something feel free to give me a message! I wasn’t at fault for the crash because some cow hit the back of the car making me spin out.”
