Genesis is continuing its expansion throughout the United States and has just opened the doors to its fourth standalone retailing facility in the country. Located in Coconut Creek, Florida, the new site is operated by Ed Appleby of Coconut Creek Automotive.
The new dealership includes the full range of Genesis models and is also home to the Genesis Concierge service that pairs customers with a personal advisor to aid in the shopping experience. The Genesis Concierge can also schedule test drives at-home or at the dealership and work out the logistics of delivery to their home or place of business.
“The grand opening of Coconut Creek Genesis is another important step in creating more awareness and accessibility to the Genesis brand in communities across the United States,” chief operating officer of Genesis Motor North America, Claudi Marquez, said. “Florida is an important market for Genesis, and we are glad to showcase our first permanent home in the Coconut Creek community.”

Genesis Motor America and Coconut Creek Genesis celebrated the opening of the showroom’s doors by donating $20,000 to the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County which aims to enable all youth to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
A plethora of additional Genesis locations are under development across the United States and will prove important in boosting the carmaker’s local sales.
Last year, the brand managed to sell 56,140 vehicles in the U.S., a significant 13.7% increase from the 49,621 units that it sold in 2021. This meant that Genesis outsold Infiniti with its 46,619 vehicles but it still has a long way to go to rival Lexus on sales, which shifted 258,704 vehicles in the U.S. throughout 2022.
