Stellantis recently held a presentation for its American dealers in Las Vegas. As details of the meeting slowly emerge, one Redditor, claiming to have been in attendance at the event, provided a comprehensive rundown of everything they saw there about the future of the Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler and Ram brands.
Among the tidbits shared by the Redditor were notes on the followup to the Jeep Cherokee, the Dodge Charger Daytona, and a whole lot of electrification. They even claimed that Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis called his brand the “neck tattoo” of the automotive industry.
While the post and the Reddit account behind it were deleted shortly after we reached out for comment, the thread remains intact. Even though the person in question responded to our message, they said they had no interest in being interviewed for this piece. That means that we cannot independently verify their identity, and that these claims should be read with a dose of skepticism.
New Dodge Stealth 3-Row SUV To Replace Durango
However, there is plenty to consider in the post, and much (though not all) aligns with previous reports. For starters, the poster claimed that the Hemi engine, as well as the Chrysler 300 and the Dodge Durango, will all be put out to pasture.

This aligns with a report from dealer Randy Dye, who informed Autonews that he saw a Durango concept at the event and noted that the show car differed significantly from the current model. Although Dye did not reveal the name, the Redditor claimed that the Durango will be replaced by a three-row SUV called the Dodge Stealth.
Mid-Size Ram EV Truck Concept And Range-Extender For The 2024 Ram 1500 BEV
Like Dye, the Redditor also noted that a mid-size Ram pickup concept was shown, but offered no further details on the model. Separately, they claimed that the Ram 1500 Revolution will be able to tow 14,000 lbs (6,350 kg), and will be offered with 350 miles (563 km) or 500 miles (805 km) of all-electric range.
In addition, they allege that the 1500 Revolution will also be offered with a range extender. The combustion engine likely won’t power the wheels, but will give the truck an even greater driving range than either of the battery-only models.
A Straight-Six For The Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Plus 4-Door Sedan Variant Too?
Similar to the pickup truck, the Dodge Charger Daytona SRT may get an internal combustion engine. Although only the electrified concept model was presented at the dealer event, it rekindled rumors that Dodge plans to offer a version of the vehicle with an inline-six engine. The poster also noted that Dodge mentioned both Standard Output (SO) and High Output (HO) versions of their new 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six engine for the future Dodge Charger.
This is not the first time we’ve heard such rumors arise, and Dodge has so far refused to squash the notion entirely. During a Q&A with Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis last year, he told us last year that the next-generation Charger will launch as an all electric model, but said that the brand could add an internal combustion engine if it needs to.

“We’re launching with full battery electric, and we think that by the time we get to that point the offering we’re going to have is going to be really attractive in the marketplace,” the CEO told Carscoops. “If some day we wanted to add ICE to that car, could we? It’s totally [possible]. But we’ll maybe never get there.”
In this context, it is worth remembering that not everything shown to dealers always gets made – as FCA has proved time and time again. This is one of the reasons automakers prefer these meetings to stay private. However, since the privacy was invaded anyway, the unnamed Redditor also mentioned that Dodge is looking at both two- and four-door variants of the next-gen Charger.
Jeep: Brand New Cherokee, Electric Wagoneer S, Facelift For 2025 Grand Cherokee And More
Elsewhere, Jeep had its own promises for dealers, the Redditor claimed. Following up on the recent reports that the KL Cherokee is now out of production, a followup model was shown looking more like the Grand Cherokee L, albeit smaller. Expected to be similar in size and price as the outgoing model, the name may change with the coming generation.
Jeep will also be expanding the Wagoneer lineup, with the Grand Wagoneer allegedly getting a 4xe variant, while the Wagoneer S will be going all electric. Additionally, the Grand Cherokee (L) will receive a facelift in 2025.
Rumors have indicated that the controversial grille that was introduced with the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 20th Anniversary Editions will be expanding to the rest of the lineup, with the poster claiming that it was confirmed by the brand.
Furthermore, the towing capacity of the 2024 Jeep Gladiator may be raised to 7,700 lbs (3,493 kg), and a new Willys edition of the Gladiator will feature 33-inch tires, high fenders, and a locking axle as standard.
Chrysler: New Electric Sedan And Facelifted Pacifica
At least in this particular event, Stellantis appeared to give little attention to Chrysler, which currently struggles to stay relevant with only the Pacifica minivan and the soon-to-be-discontinued 300 sedan in its lineup. However, it was mentioned that Chrysler has plans to give the Pacifica a facelift in the near future and introduce an all-electric sedan or hatchback, potentially inspired by the Airflow EV concept. Although the name of the new model is still unknown, Chrysler had revealed at CES 2022 that it will launch its first-ever EV by 2025.

Even if the Redditor who posted this list of updates is the real deal, not everything that was shared to the group’s dealers comes to be, so it’s important to take all of the information above with a grain of salt. However, it makes for some interesting reading, and Stellantis, like many automakers, is on the precipice of major changes, so it’s worth keeping an eye out, an ear to the ground, and a mind open in situations like these.
