We suspect that the vast majority of Mercedes-Benz S-Class owners have no interest in upgrading and modifying their vehicles with aftermarket parts. Nevertheless, there remains a large network of aftermarket parts for the S-Class and a small German tuner has just created one of the more menacing S-Class models we’ve come across.
Unlike some other tuners, Mariani has opted against messing with the powertrain of the S-Class but has developed a new exhaust system for the luxurious sedan. The new exhaust, developed specifically for the S 580 model, is made from strong stainless steel and has adjustable butterfly valves to tweak the soundtrack.
This exhaust has a dramatic impact on the sound of the car’s 4.0-liter biturbo V8, making it sound fitting of a vehicle with an AMG badge.

Beyond the exhaust, Mariani has crafted two sets of wheels for the S-Class that are available in 21-inch and 22-inch configurations as well as one-piece and multi-piece forged designs. The first set of wheels have a tightly-spoked silver design while the others are finished in black and have a twin five-spoke design that looks particularly good when paired black bodywork.
Rounding out the upgrades for the Mercedes are alterations to the air suspension system that allow the ride height to be dropped by 30 to 55 mm, dramatically overhauling the look of the car. If there are any rappers out there looking for a new ride, this could be the perfect option.
