This is an independent design study by Sugar Design that has not been approved by Rolls-Royce.
Rolls-Royce may not be able to justify mass-producing an estate or Shooting Brake version of the all-electric and all-new Spectre, but if there was a carmaker that would consider building a wagon variant of its new two-door EV in limited numbers, Rolls-Royce would be it.
We have received no indication from the British car manufacturer itself that it is planning a Shooting Brake version of the Spectre. Nevertheless, talented designer Sugar Design has imagined what such a vehicle could look like and it definitely gets our tick of approval.

In designing what is its very first electric vehicle, Rolls-Royce could have easily gone with a futuristic design that shares very little in common with other Rolls-Royce models to come before it. Instead, it has found the perfect middle ground between classic and modern design and crafted a vehicle that we’re sure is bound to prove popular among the carmaker’s loyal customers.
However, the two-door, coupe-like shape of the electric Spectre does mean it isn’t the most practical car out there and that’s where this version comes into its own. By lengthening the roof and expanding the rear side windows, Sugar Design has crafted a Spectre that looks just about perfect.
We’re particularly fond of the car’s front three-quarter angle as the new roof really helps to elongate the overall design of the EV. It also looks superb from the rear thanks to the pronounced spoiler and the revised decklid.
If there’s a Rolls-Royce customer out there who is willing to open their chequebook, we’re sure the company could bring such a vehicle to life. Here’s hoping that’s what happens.
