Quite often, videos we see of Ford Mustangs crashing are triggered by the rear wheels of the pony car losing traction and the driver being unable to keep it under control. This crash is a little different.
This particular clip was recently shared to the always-entertaining Mustangs Crashing thread on Reddit. The level of driving skill on display is so poor that it beggars belief.
In the video, it appears as though the driver of the dark grey Mustang is attempting to do donuts in it while in the middle of a parking lot. However, he seems to be a little too heavy on the clutch pedal and a little too hesitant with the throttle, and rather than getting the rear wheels to spin, simply revs up the engine while driving at a snail’s pace in a circle.

We don’t have a problem with this as doing donuts does take a bit of practice. However, we are shocked at what happens next.
The driver appears to have been so preoccupied with kicking the tail out on the car that they forgot to look out the windshield and end up slamming into the rear of a car sitting in the parking lot. Making matters even worse for the Mustang driver is that the force of the impact pushed the car into another vehicle.
It is difficult to determine exactly how much damage was done to the three cars involved but we are curious to know what the Mustang driver did after the video stopped. Did they leave notes on the two cars they damaged apologizing for the crash and leaving their contact details? Or did they simply flee the scene? We certainly hope it’s the former.
