This is our first look at the interior of the all-new 2023 Buick LaCrosse that’s set to soon launch in China and will do so with plenty of luxurious features.
These images of the sedan’s cabin were shared online by Autohome and reveal a cabin that shares similarities to that of the Buick Electra E5 and looks a hell of a lot more modern than the outgoing model. The most striking aspect of the revised interior is the single 30-inch display that encompasses both the digital instrument cluster and the central infotainment screen.

Elsewhere, we can see that the interior of the new Buick LaCrosse has a floating center console conveniently housing two wireless charging pads and a sliding cover over the main storage cubby. A steering column-mounted gear selector is also featured as are a pair of paddle shifters.
While many new vehicles are ditching physical buttons and controls, this hasn’t happened with the LaCrosse. Indeed, you will notice that there are still plenty of buttons on the dashboard, steering wheel, and the door panels.
The emergence of these interior images comes after the exterior of the sedan was revealed in full by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology late last year. Key aspects of the sedan’s design include the sharp LED headlights and large front grille as well as its sleek taillights and light bar. Underpinning the vehicle is an updated version of the existing E2 platform and it is understood the new car is 30 mm (1.18 inches) longer than the outgoing model while standing 10 mm (0.39 inches) taller.
Chinese customers are expected to be sold the 2023 Buick LaCrosse with just a single engine option taking the form of a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder delivering 237 hp.
