The wait is finally over as the MG Cyberster, the fully electric sports car from the British automaker, made its global debut at the Shanghai Auto Show today. The Cyberster pays homage to the British automaker’s roots with a zero-emission powertrain that produces up to 536 HP. Fortunately, the Cyberster will be available outside China, with its market launch in mainland Europe and the UK set for the summer of 2024, making it an exciting addition to the electric sports car market.

Although the production version of the MG Cyberster has toned down some of the styling cues from its 2021 concept, it still looks incredibly sporty and exotic. The official photos reveal the Cyberster’s Lamborghini-style scissor doors, which make a bold statement and add to the roadster’s unique character. The car’s aggressive nose and bumper intakes, fender-mounted headlights, and 20-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels further accentuate its sporty design. The toned-up fenders add to the car’s muscular look, completing the Cyberster’s impressive visual appeal.
