The Porsche Taycan has been a hit with consumers and the company is looking to continue that trend with the facelifted model.
Spied in both Taycan and Taycan Cross Turismo guise, the updated EV isn’t instantly recognizable but features new headlights and a restyled front bumper. The latter is disguised, but it appears to feature revamped air curtains and an updated intake with curvaceous bars.
Everything else appears to carryover, but the production model could have a modified rear bumper or revised diffuser. We also wouldn’t be surprised to find updated wheels and suspension tweaks.

Spy photographers haven’t gotten close enough to snap interior pictures, but we shouldn’t expect major changes as the Taycan features Porsche’s latest interior design philosophy. That being said, there could be a handful of updates including an upgraded infotainment system and improved driver assistance technology.
Powertrain choices are also shrouded in mystery, but there have been rumors about a tri-motor variant with more than 1,000 hp (746 kW / 1,014 PS) and spy photographers have snapped a prototype with a sizable rear wing. We can also expect the mainstream lineup to get a handful of improvements, which could result in improved performance as well as longer ranges.
While details are lacking, the current Taycan has a 79.2 kWh battery and a rear-mounted electric motor that develops up to 402 hp (300 kW / 408 PS) and 254 lb-ft (345 Nm) of torque with launch mode. Customers can also opt for a 93.4 kWh Performance Battery Plus, which is accompanied by an upgraded motor producing 469 hp (350 kW / 476 PS) and 263 lb-ft (357 Nm) of torque. The Taycan 4S increases those numbers to 522 hp (389 kW / 529 PS) and 472 lb-ft (639 Nm), while the range-topping Taycan Turbo S packs 750 hp (559 kW / 760 PS) and 774 lb-ft (1,048 Nm) of torque.
