Three-time MotoGP World Champion Jorge Lorenzo loves to go fast so when he decided that he wanted an SUV, he headed to Lamborghini and placed an order for the new Urus S.

The Spanish rider recently took delivery of his new Urus S during a visit to the company’s headquarters and factory in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy. His special factory visit is part of the La Prime program where customers can collect their new car from the factory and are also provided with a guided VIP tour through the production facilities and Lamborghini’s famous in-house museum.

Lorenzo’s Urus S is painted in a simple shade of black known as Nero Helene while he opted to have the cabin finished in Nero Ade with Giallo Taurus yellow contrast stitching on the steering wheel and seatbelts.

MotoGP World Champ Jorge Lorenzo Took Delivery Of A ‘Discreet’ Lamborghini Urus S

“Lamborghini is one of the most iconic automotive brands, especially in Italy,” Lorenzo described. “It represents the most extreme sports car you can have. I wanted a true sports car but also something discreet, and I think the Urus S has everything. The engine is extremely powerful and the performance is incredible. But the Urus also has comfort and safety. You have everything in one, right? It’s truly multi-functional.”

Lamborghini unveiled the Urus S in September last year. It replaces the original Urus and uses the same 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 but it has been tuned to deliver 657 hp and sprints to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.5 seconds. It includes a revised front fascia with a slightly simpler bumper design. Lamborghini’s designers also altered the rear bumper and should customers really want to make a statement, available options include a carbon fiber hood and a carbon fiber roof, as well as 22-inch and 23-inch wheels.
