Bugatti has unveiled the first residential building it has ever commissioned. Designed by Binghatti, the building will be located in a prime area of the Business Bay in Dubai.

As can only be expected from hyper-luxury brand Bugatti, the 46-story building is full of wild amenities, such as a fake beach with real sand, private pools, chauffeur and concierge services, as well as an elevator to bring vehicles up from the garage to one of the 11 penthouses.

In addition to the 11 “Sky Mansion Penthouses,” the building features 171 “Riviera Mansions,” inspired by coastal cities such as Cannes, Saint-Tropez, and Monaco. Each residence’s layout is unique, and their design is different to the others in the building, which is intended to celebrate the French Riviera, as well as the French automaker.

“The project features a VIP lounge for car collectors to have their car taken care of,” said Muhammad Binghatti, CEO of the architecture firm behind the building. “You can almost think of it as a VIP spa for your car.”

In addition to exquisite design and over-the-top amenities, Bugatti promises that the materials and finishes in the building will be second to none. It will “set a new standard for opulence,” and will blend comfort, functionality, and elegance to reflect the automaker’s spirit, as well as that of its founder.

“Ettore Bugatti lived by his principals in everything he did in his life. He went so far that he didn’t like many of the things that surrounded him, so he designed them himself. He made his own pasta machine, his own cutlery, he made his own bicycle, even his own shoes,” said Mate Rimac, Bugatti’s CEO at the building’s unveiling. “That is something we wanted to bring to Dubai, that authentic magic of Molsheim.”

Prices for the residences have not been revealed, but the companies are accepting inquiries for them now. Binghatti expects the building to be completed within three to 3.5 years.
