If you’re a Genesis or Hyundai dealer employee and are looking to pick up the keys to a new model then you’re in luck as the Korean luxury brand has just announced a series of enticing discounts on two of its electric models.
Genesis Circle, the car manufacturer’s program, has introduced the new Z-Plan aimed at incentivizing employees to buy electric vehicles (EVs). Under this plan, people working for either brand can enjoy significant discounts on the GV60 models. The GV60 Advanced Guise is available at a discounted price of $6,800, while the flagship GV60 Performance is offered at a larger discount of $8,800 for eligible employees.
Additionally, an exclusive offer is available for the Electrified G80. Employees who choose to purchase this model will receive an impressive discount of $14,000 from the car’s manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP), which is just under $81,000. This generous discount represents an approximate saving of nearly 17% for eligible employees.
The Hyundai Circle and Genesis Circle programs offers special pricing for employees, family members, and affiliates, including suppliers. However, there are different sub-programs that restrict the discounts to only certain individuals. The Z-Plan offered by Hyundai and Genesis is only available for dealership employees and their immediate families. According to Cars Direct, the automaker says the program “is a great opportunity for both Genesis and Hyundai dealership employees to enjoy special discounting pricing on new Genesis vehicles.”

It’s worth noting that Genesis is only selling its electric models in select U.S. states at the moment. Indeed, its EVs are only available in 15 states, consisting of Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
It is unclear why the Electrified GV70, the brand’s newest EV, is not yet eligible for employee discounts like the Electrified G80 and GV60. It starts at $65,850 for the Advanced AWD variant but prices increase to $72,650 for the Prestige AWD which adds features like a Nappa leather steering wheel, a leatherette-wrapped upper instrument panel, a microfiber suede headliner, a 12.3-inch 3D digital instrument cluster, a head-up display, and a Lexicon Premium Audio system.
