A 2005 Acura NSX-T built for the American market is heading to auction next month and could sell for as much as $275,000.
Each and every NSX produced by Honda is special but this particular example is one of the later models built. In fact, it is the first of just 249 produced for the North American market in the car’s final production year and has been stored in a climate-controlled garage by its one and only owner since new.
The car is being sold by RM Sotheby’s at its Monterey auction and the listing notes that it has only been driven 5,113 miles (8,228 km). It is adorned in a simply sensational shade of blue known as Long Beach Blue Pearl and retains the original seven-spoke silver wheels that it left the factory with. Given that the car has been kept in a garage its whole life and has barely been driven, it comes as no surprise that the exterior is in exceptional condition.

It is a similar story in the cabin. Plush black leather adorns the seats and shows very little signs of wear. The door panels and dashboard also look as good as new and it doesn’t even seem as though the gear knob has been used.
The listing notes that the car has invoices detailing the services done throughout the years. In October 2022, it received a comprehensive service through Piazza Acura of Reading, Pennsylvania where the timing belt and water pump were replaced alongside the drive belt, cam and crank seals, and all of the necessary fluids. The service cost over $4,500 and also included a new battery.
The Acura NSX will be handed over to its new owner with service invoices, its original window sticker, owner’s manual, and extra keys.
