A troubling incident involving a Porsche dealership employee is raising eyebrows and turning stomachs in Michigan.
According to the Kent County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a Walmart on June 23rd to investigate a man reportedly using his phone to take pictures up women’s skirts and shorts. MLive reports the man was wearing a Porsche shirt and this led authorities to Porsche Grand Rapids, where they identified Matthew Kurtz as the person involved in the incident.
The Sheriff’s Office said their investigation eventually discovered “thousands of photos taken in this manner.” It gets worse as “electronic records of child pornography were located on devices.”

Citing the probable cause affidavit, MLive fills in a number of sickening details including that authorities allegedly found more than 17,000 troubling images. Some are so disturbing we won’t mention them here, but the publication says pictures were taken at the dealership itself as well as nearby stores including the aforementioned Walmart as well as a Target and Meijer. WOOD-TV adds that some of the photos were of “clients and co-workers at the Porsche dealership.”
Kurtz allegedly admitted to taking the photos and videos, and MLive reports he has been charged with eight felonies. Among them are “three counts of capturing or distributing an image of unclothed person, one count of aggravated possession child sexually abusive material, and four counts of using a computer to commit a crime.”
The Kent County Sheriff’s Office says investigators have already identified several victims, but there are unfortunately “many” others that remain unidentified. They added that, “If you or someone you know may have been impacted by this case, please contact KCSO detectives at 616.632.6125.”
