A week after the reveal of the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport Golden Era in Monterey, The Little Car Company showed a unique version of its Bugatti Baby II created for the same owner with a similarly themed livery.
While most would expect the 75% scale and fully electric Bugatti Baby II to feature a simple wrap with the sketch printed on, this is clearly not the case. Instead of taking the easy (and much cheaper) road, The Little Car Company collaborated with Bugatti’s designers who hand-painted directly on the bodywork of the model, as they did in the special Chiron.

With the canvas being smaller, the design team tweaked the sketch compositions, adding a unique piece on the rear deck in addition to the ones on the front and rear sections of the profile. This one shows the Ettore Bugatti next to his youngest son Roland who is driving the original Bugatti Baby.
Besides the cool hand-drawn pencil sketches including visual representations of the Veyron, EB110, Chiron, and Bugatti classics, the special model mirrors the two-tone livery of the “Golden Era” combining the custom shade Dore with a Nocturne gradient at the front. The interior upholstery, steering wheel, fuel cap (repurposed as a charging port), and wheels are all finished in black, contrasting the gold EB logos.
While this is the most sophisticated example of personalization by The Little Car Company, it is not the first one reserved for actual Bugatti owners. Last year, the firm announced the Bugatti Baby II Carbon Edition in a limited production of 99 units exclusively available for owners of the life-sized Mistral. Each of those costs a cool €80,000 ($86,500) which means that the unique Bugatti Baby II “Golden Era” is likely even more expensive.
