Seconds later, a Dodge Charger police car arrives on the scene, prompting the driver to halt the reckless maneuver and make an attempt to escape. In the midst of the chaos, with individuals dispersing from the area, the pickup accelerates directly into the crowd, striking a minimum of three people who then plummet to the pavement, possibly sustaining injuries.
