Lamborghini is celebrating yet another record-setting sales period as, in the first half of 2023, it has delivered more than 5,341 vehicles, setting it up for a record-setting full year, in which it is likely to deliver more than 10,000 vehicles.
The automaker managed to have its best H1 ever despite being a model down. The impressive figure comes following the official end of production of the Aventador, meaning that the banner sales period comes on the back of just the Huracan and the Urus.
Their combined deliveries of 5,341 units mean the company was up 4.9 percent over the same period in 2022. In addition, that helped the company increase revenue by 6.7 percent, up to €1.4 billion ($1.53 billion at current exchange rates).

While Europe and the Middle East was the region with the most deliveries in the first half of 2023 (2,285), the United States was the single market that received the most new Lamborghinis in that time, with 1,625. It was followed by the UK (514), Germany (511), Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, and Macau (450), Japan (280), and Italy (270).
“We are proud to once again confirm Lamborghini’s growth path,” said Paolo Poma, Lamborghini’s CFO. “The positive trend reinforces our expectation that we will close the year with further record results in all the key financial metrics, with profitability that confirms Lamborghini’s place among the leading brands in the luxury segment.”
The company’s CEO, Stephane Winklemann, said that 10,000 units is a “feasible goal” for the year, but that market uncertainties make him unwilling to make any definitive claims, per Reuters. However, the number of vehicles it produces will have more to do with production capacity than sales.
Lamborghini reports that both the Urus and the Huracan are sold out until the second half of 2024. Meanwhile, production capacity for the new Revuelto, the followup to the Aventador, is spoken for until at least mid-2025.
