Pickup Design, the subsidiary of Poland’s Carlex Design focusing on trucks, has just unveiled one of the most comprehensively modified Ram 1500 TRXs that we’ve come across. It is dubbed the TRX Extreme and benefits from a number of exterior and interior changes.
Kicking off the modifications are a front fascia, bumper, and wheel arches with the company’s Line-X coating, making them much more durable to knocks and scratches. Pickup Design has also crafted a unique set of side steps and rock sliders for the pickup but perhaps our favorite addition is a prominent roof-mounted light bar. The TRX also has the black Line-X coating on the wing mirrors and rear bumper.
The most dramatic change is found above the bed where there is a color-matched bicycle rack made by Pickup Design using certain Thule components. The tuner has also equipped the truck with 18-inch wheels, painted yellow brake calipers, and applied black graphics across the body. Then we get to the interior, an area where Carlex specializes in.

Virtually every single part of the Ram’s interior is now wrapped in luscious natural leather. This includes yellow leather applied across the seats, steering wheel, door panels, and parts of the transmission tunnel, center console, and the lower half of the dashboard. A bright yellow Alcantara headliner is also featured as are yellow air vents, black Alcantara on the top of the dashboard and door panels, and a handful of intriguing yellow carbon fiber elements.
Carlex has not messed with the TRX’s powertrain; not that it needs to. After all, the truck’s 6.2-liter supercharged Hellcat V8 already muscles out 702 hp, and let’s be honest, no one needs a pickup truck with more power than that.
Buying a TRX fully converted by Pickup Design will set back shoppers a minimum of €169,900 ($182,000), meaning the upgrades alone are worth almost €70,000 ($75,000).
