The Tesla Model 3 is one of the best-selling EVs in the world and a facelifted version dubbed Project Highland is shipping to buyers soon. None of them are exactly like this custom 2021 example that debuted at SEMA in 2022. Full of custom touches and tweaks it’s up for sale right now and can be yours for a cool $79,000.
Cars that debuted at SEMA aren’t impossible to find but they do tend to be quite rare. Even then, many aren’t exactly daily-drivable for anyone who desires a semi-practical ride. This Model 3 might actually be an option that could serve as a flashy and functional commuter car.
According to the listing over on eBay, this 2021 rear-wheel drive example has just 10,685 miles on the odometer. The hombre fade from white to black on the body is a 3M wrap and features gloss black painted accents. Ceramic tint sits on each window along with the headlights. Even the wheels match the wrap with white 20×9 KG1 Forged units at the front with 20x10s in black at the rear.

Inside of the Tesla are more custom goodies that do add to its luster. That includes hand-picked diamond-stitched Alea leather upholstery, matching Sunset Orange seatbelts, and custom touches to the steering wheel, dash, and center console to bring the colors together.
This Model 3 also sports a luxury feature you won’t find in any stock Tesla, namely, drop-down table trays on the back of the front seats.
There’s even more to love under the skin. The entire car is supported by an airbag suspension complete with an air tank resting in the trunk. As the photos show, the car can basically rest itself completely on the ground. How safe that is for the battery pack we have no idea.
The entire custom kit and kaboodle are available right now for the first person with $79,000. In fact, the seller is accepting offers so perhaps they’ll cut you a deal. One thing is certain, this Tesla Model 3 features a lot of content you won’t be able to get from the factory anytime soon.
