Lamborghini took its newest series-production flagship, the mighty Revuelto, to the track to test its dynamic abilities with the assistance of racing driver Andrea Caldarelli.
The video , showcasing both interior and exterior perspectives of the Revuelto, was filmed at the Autodromo Piero Taruffi, situated near Rome, in the Italian city of Vallelunga. The footage vividly captures the Revuelto executing power slides around corners and demonstrating formidable acceleration along the straights. Lamborghini states that the Revuelto is capable of completing the 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint in just 2.5 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).
The first of many plug-in hybrid models to come from Sant’Agata in the next few years marries a new 6.5-liter V12 with a trio of electric motors. The ensemble generates a combined output of 1,001 hp (747 kW / 1,015 PS), substantially eclipsing all variants of its non-electrified Aventador predecessor.

Andrea Caldarelli is a member of the Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse racing team. The Italian driver has an impressive resume, having won the triple crown of the GT World Challenge Europe in 2019 and the 24 Hours of Daytona in the GTD category with Squadra Corse. Next year, he will compete in the 2024 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with the Lamborghini SC63 LMDh V8 racecar, hoping to bring more titles to Sant’Agata.
After driving the Lamborghini Revuelto at full-throttle around the Italian track, Caldarelli praised its handling, power delivery, and 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox, adding that despite the impressive output figures it has an “excellent drivability on the track”.
The Revuelto has proven to be a sales hit for Lamborghini, being sold out for more than 2 years. The first deliveries of the electrified supercar are slated for the fourth quarter of 2023, marking the time we anticipate seeing them grace public roads.
