It only took 190 miles before the life of this 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 was tragically cut short but there is some potential for it to be repaired and perhaps transformed into a track car.
This Corvette Z06 is painted red and is a 3LZ trim level model with the Z07 aero package. The listing says it had an actual cash value of $219,950 were it not badly damaged in a crash. Most of the damage is concentrated on the front of the mid-engined supercar but the sides have also seen better days, perhaps suggesting that it experienced more than a single impact.

The IAAI listing shows that the carbon fiber front splitter has been completely ripped from the bumper and that the bumper itself has also been badly cracked and damaged. However, it doesn’t appear as though the mesh of the front grille or the intakes is damaged, indicating the radiators may have escaped unscathed.
Looking at the driver’s side of the Z06 shows that both the front and rear wheels have been bent and will have to be replaced. It is a similar story on the other side with the front wheel has been pushed out of position, indicating some kind of suspension damage. Interestingly, the rear of the car appears to have avoided any damage and it doesn’t look like the airbags were deployed either.
Unfortunately, the car has been given a salvage title in Wyoming. Someone willing to take on the risk of repairing the ‘Vette could get a rebuilt title on it and return it to the roads with insurance. Alternatively, it’s possible that a wealthy enthusiast may look to repair it and transform it into a track-only weapon.
