Never one to back down from a horsepower war, Hennessey has just re-launched its Ford F-150-based Venom 775 as the ultimate aftermarket solution to the Ram 1500 TRX and Ford F-150 Raptor R. This beastly pickup truck promises to not only be brutally fast on the road but should also thrive when taken off the pavement.
To ensure that its F-150 can rival the F-150 Raptor R, Hennessey has taken the truck’s standard 5.0-liter Ti-VCT V8 engine and bolted on a 3.0-liter supercharger. This engine ordinarily delivers 400 hp and 410 lb-ft (556 Nm) of torque but the presence of a supercharger, plus an air-to-water intercooler, means it is now good for 775 hp and 727 lb-ft (985 Nm) of torque. Hennessey has also upgraded the truck’s fuel injectors, fuel system, and installed a high-flow air induction system as well as a stainless steel catback exhaust.
The 94% increase in horsepower and 77% increase in torque allows Hennessey’s F-150 Venom 775 to hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.6 seconds and sprint down the quarter-mile in 11.9 seconds. The tuner didn’t call it a day with the engine upgrades.

Each Venom 775 being built also comes with a 6-inch lift kit and sits on a set of 20-inch wheels with a 10-spoke design and wrapped in 35-inch off-road tires. In addition to the truck’s suspension being upgraded, Hennessey has also installed new Brembo brake calipers.
A handful of visual touches have also been made to the TRX killer. These include a new front bumper, power-operated running boards, illuminated Ford badges at the front and rear, and a new rear bumper. Hennessey has also added some Venom 775 badges to the truck’s cabin and embroidered its logos on the headrests.
Hennessey will build just 250 examples of its Ford F-150 Venom 775. Each example comes with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty and prices start at around $100,000 depending on the configuration.
